Walking for Austism - Greyson Style
Thank you for giving us your support.
As you know, Rachel and I became parents about 4 years ago on April 27th. I cried a famous amount in the hospital that day. Who would have known that our little bundle of joy would be diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder 3 short years later; while suspician of the disorder was being suggested at nearly 2 years of age.
This suspician thrust Rachel and I on a crash course to become experts in a Neurological disorder that is so aptly named as a SPECTRUM. Anyway, onward we have pressed, and Greyson, Rachel, and I have accomplished so much in such a short period of time.
Through all our research, we learned about Applied Behavioral Analysis or otherwise knows as ABA Therapy. This therapy, particularly if introduced early, is scientifically proven to help Austic Children assimilate in a "Neural Typical" world.
Greyson is now almost 5 and is making monumental strides in his development. He is using more words, has developed friendships with a few children in his classes, and continues to impress us with his progress every day!
With all the above being said, we would like to solicit your financial support for Greyson, the NC Autism Socieity, and his ABA Therapy provider Behavioral Consluting for Autism, LLC. Reserach is what helps and money fuels that research.
Thank you for your considerate gift!
