Autism Walk for Seamus
This year’s Autism Walk is coming up soon on Sat Oct. 12. Please consider donating to this organization in honor of Katie’s son, Seamus and all others on the Autism Spectrum. The Autism Society of NC helped Katie and Dan (Seamus’ Dad) in the early years after diagnosis. Katie will forever be grateful for all the help they offered and future help we all may need. Seamus has changed middle schools this year from Lucas to Carrington. He has transitioned great and is enjoying his 8th grade year (seriously, high school next year????).
Please consider donating to this organization in honor of Katie’s son, Seamus and all others on the Autism Spectrum. No amount is too small. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated.
The Autism Society of North Carolina is the leading statewide resource organization serving people across the autism spectrum throughout their lifespans.
We understand the challenges of the autism community because we work with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families every day. We offer advocacy, training and education, and direct care that helps individuals with autism to, increase their social and communication skills, develop independent-living skills, succeed in school or on the job, participate in community activities, and advocate for themselves.
We have a statewide network of resources, connecting individuals with autism and their families to life-changing programs and supports unavailable anywhere else.
