Last year, at the age of 3, Ryan was diagnosed with Autism.
Every day we try to promote awareness and educate ourselves on how to help Ryan navigate his course in life. He is a loving, happy, fun, smart little boy who needs help interacting and communicating with the world.
On Saturday, October 14th we are proudly joining Ryan’s school - Learn with the Best- in the Autism Society’s 19th Annual Walk/Run for Autism. Organizations, like the Autism Society, provide invaluable education and resources for families. We have relied on them often.
We are asking our family and friends who “walk” with us every day to please help us raise money and awareness! Lace ‘em up and join us in Raleigh to walk or donate – any amount shows your love and support.
Thanks so much!

The Autism Society of North Carolina is the leading statewide resource organization serving people across the autism spectrum throughout their lifespans.
We understand the challenges of the autism community because we work with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families every day. We offer advocacy, training and education, and direct care that helps individuals with autism to, increase their social and communication skills, develop independent-living skills, succeed in school or on the job, participate in community activities, and advocate for themselves.
We have a statewide network of resources, connecting individuals with autism and their families to life-changing programs and supports unavailable anywhere else.
