WES for President!
"My summer was exhausting."--William Smithwick, August 20, 2022
William attended Camp Royall for one week in July. This was his first time at sleep-away camp and he had a blast!!! Camp Royall is just for people on the Autism Spectrum and allows them a place to have a lot of fun. There were crafts, races, boating, playing, hay rides, horses, and swimming three times a day!!! All of that fun came with a hefty price tag. And he would not have been able to attend if he did not recieve a scholoarship for most of his camp cost.
All kids no matter their ablity should have an opportunity to attend sleep away camp. Funds raised during the Triad Run/Walk for Autism partially paid for William's camp experience. Please support Wes for President with a monetary donation as we get our sneakers on and walk the route at Greensboro's Jaycee Park on Saturday, September 24th!
If you are intersted in walking with us and Abraham Lincoln Ward, give a call to make a plan!
